A staff of experienced and friendly instructors and staff will teach you in a fun and relaxed environment how to dance.
We understand NOT everybody can move and learn the same way and at the same pace. No matter your skill level, whether you are interested in learning to perfect your technique and be a better dancer, or learn how to move and have fun at the dance floor.
SALSAtlanta has over a decade of experience in teaching how to dance salsa to people of all levels and skills.

SALSAtlanta, Inc has been promoting and spreading the love of Cuban music and salsa dance for over a decade in United States, Every year the team of SALSAtlanta hosts different events from salsa parties, day or weekend dance workshops, annual festivals just to name few.

Atlanta offers a large array of venues for salsa dancing during the week. Many places start and die, so we recommend to call before heading there for the night.
We try to keep our list up to date, but most of the times, pleases close and we never get notified, so if you see a venue listed here that you know is not longer on business, please let us know.

The 14th Annual World Salsa Competition at the world famous Mayan nightclub has just ended, crowning this year’s amateur and pro champions. I judged the amateur finals and the professional semi-finals this year, and was pleased to see the dancers in both divisions were some of the best I’ve seen in the four years of judging this event. - World Salsa Open. The World Salsa Open is an international salsa competition held every year at the Puerto Rico Salsa Congress. The first competition was held in 2002, and the competition draws a large attendance of competitors from South America.
- Salsa is a Latin dance associated with the music genre of the same name which originated in the 1960s in New York City. Salsa is an amalgamation of Puerto Rican, Dominican and Cuban dances that were popular in the ballrooms and nightclubs of San Juan and la Havana by the end of the 1950s (e.g. 'casino', mambo and pachanga), as well as American jazz dances.
